All orders submitted after 2 PM [Sydney Time] between Monday and Thursday are shipped on the next business day. Friday orders are shipped on the next working day i.e. Monday. We do not ship products over the weekend.

We use Australia Post for all our shipments. Products are shipped to you via regular or express parcel post depending on the selection made by you at checkout. Please note that we do not charge extra for shipping insurance, this is included in the shipping charges paid by you at checkout.

Delivery Guidelines:

All major metropolitan cities : Between 3-5 working days
All regional cities and towns : Between 3-10 working days

Overseas Delivery:

Overseas deliveries are only done for telephone orders. Please call us directly to discuss your needs and for us to provide you with an approximate shipping cost estimate.

Please fill in the form below or call on [1800 451 191] directly for any shipping related issues. Unlike other websites, we do deliver products to PO Boxes. If the package is undelivered due to an error on our part, we shall ensure that the package is re-sent to you (we do not charge you extra in this particular case)
