All our products come with a 1 year warranty. If the product fails due to any manufacturing defect in the first year of normal (no abusive) usage, we will be happy to honor the product warranty claim. You shall either get a full refund (less shipping charges) or else we shall ship across a replacement product to you at our cost. Please do quote your order number or order date, so that we can validate your purchase from us.

You’ll see us popularly advertise “Love our Product or get 110% of your money back”. This is not a scam, and we do diligently honor the promises we make, for all products we sell through our website, be it Laptop Table, Laptop Stand or Notebook Stand; however to avoid abuse, we limit this offer to be applicable for the first 30 days from the time you receive the product. This promise does not include any conditions. If you do not like our product or service quality, we’re happy to take our product back and provide you with 110% refund (less shipping charges). What happens if you’ve changed your mind about the purchase?

Everyone has a right to change their mind, so do you. If for any reason, you want to cancel the order post payment or don’t want to accept delivery of our product, we don’t penalize you for it. So long as our product is sent back to us in its entirety and in its original packaging (not damaged), we allow you to cancel your order and/or return the product.

What happens if the item arrived with missing parts or is damaged?

We're sorry to hear this. We often find smaller parts are tucked away in the box, often amongst packaging, and can sometimes be missed. After you have double-checked and are sure the part is missing, please contact us so that we can offer our assistance.

What if you don’t want the product anymore as the delivery has been way past the promised time?

All our shipments are posted via Australia Post. We use Registered Parcel Post Service. For most metros the product delivery timeline does not exceed 2-4 working days. For remote upcountry locations, deliveries do take extra time. In any case, if you’re not satisfied with the delivery timeframes and do not want the product anymore, please do not accept the product on delivery and route it back to us. We shall be happy to provide you with a full refund for your order. Refunds are normally made to your individual bank account.
