What happens if you’ve changed your mind about the purchase?

What if you don't want the product anymore as promised delivery date has been missed?

All our products are shipped to you via Australia Post (normal parcel post and express parcel post - depending on your selection at checkout). For metro cities the Australia Post delivery timeline does not exceed 2-4 working days. For remote upcountry locations, deliveries do take extra time. If however, we fail to deliver the product within reasonable time (as outlined by average delivery times by Australi Post for comparative locations), and you are keen to cancel the order - we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
