Products are shipped on the receipt of a signed purchase order. Payments terms are tailored to individual clients. While we generally ship our products via Australia Post, we are happy to employ private courier companies or a vendor of your choice to arrange product shipping.

The most common options for this are Separate Branded Packaging, Laser Etching or Logo Screen Printing. Should you want the products to be branded, bear in mind that the delivery lead times are generally a bit longer due to the extra effort required. Presuming that the order is sizeable, in most cases, we won’t charge extra for branding.
